This notice covers this website, therapywithmolly.com. If you become a client, Known Therapy House will give you its own notice of privacy practices, which covers your health information.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message, the form collects your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your message. It is used only to reply to you. It is not sold, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with anyone except the services listed below.

Email is not a secure way to send health information, so please leave private health details out of your message.

Services this site uses

• Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers your message to Molly by email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. To do this it looks at information about your browser and device.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other websites, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

To ask what information you have sent, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send a message or call Known Therapy House at 530-264-8804.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
